Jennifer has been in real estate since 2006. She was born in Raleigh and is an expert in the Triangle area. In addition to working as an agent helping both buyers and sellers, she has worked on the investment side. She has worked with rental property, flipped houses and built new homes, which has given her a great deal of knowledge about construction and costs for renovations and repairs.  

She was a teacher for 10 years before going into real estate and brings that same mindset to helping her clients. She feels her job is not to sell a house to a client, but to fully and thoroughly educate them on all of their choices as well as giving them as much pertinent information about properties as possible so they can make the best decision, one they will be happy with for many years!  Her negotiating skills set her apart from other agents and put money in her clients' pockets.   She is extremely caring and loyal to her clients, putting their needs first and listening to them carefully.

Lela has been in real estate since 2014, working on residential and commercial business as well as client care. Prior to real estate, Lela worked in marketing and business communications for more than 25 years.  Her main focus was client service and customer satisfaction.  Through her career, Lela has learned that organization, an eye for detail, communication and a service mentality are key!  Assisting Buyers and Sellers with the process has become her focus, making what can be a stressful time as easy as possible for clients is her goal!  

She has been the Raleigh area for more than 30 years, with much of her time being spent in the Raleigh and Clayton area. She currently lives in Wendell with her husband and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Kyland Freeman was born and raised in Fairmont, NC. Pursuing his lifelong dream to serve his country, he attended the United States Air Force Academy receiving a B.S. in Business Management. As an Air Force officer, he spent nearly 7 years serving in various leadership roles with Air Force Space Command. Following his time in the military, he was selected to for a highly competitive internship for veterans and was subsequently hired as a Private Wealth Advisor. After years of living in different states, North Carolina always felt like home. He moved back to NC in 2017 and there was no doubt in his mind that the Raleigh area is where he wanted to be.

Kyland’s passion for real estate began during his college years. He spent much of his free time studying real estate markets and trends and eventually started investing in real estate for himself. He takes pride in being relatable to all of his clients, building relationships, and helping others. His market knowledge combined with his diverse background encourages trust and is the foundation that allows him to provide a personalized experience for his clients.

Kyland lives in Raleigh; outside of work he most enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and taking advantage of everything downtown living has to offer.

Jackson has been serving his real estate clients in the Raleigh market since Feb 2014.  Prior to Real Estate Jackson worked in professional sales since 1999 where he learned strong negotiation skills which he uses to get his clients the best possible deal today.  Jackson has a BA in business management with a focus in entrepreneurship.  When not selling real estate Jackson is chasing his wife around the house and loving on his 2 wonderful children.  Though they have added to his grey hair he doesn't mind since he believes it adds to his distinguished charm.
